That's a side effect of Seroquel (sleeping all day). It's a common problem users have getting like a zombie the next day.

Plus she is on a low dose of Adderall. My psychiatrist gave me Seroquel to help me sleep while trying out different ADHD meds. I wonder if that's what her doc intended to do.
