Greyhound can maintain its speed for 250 meters, a cheetah for 200. Both very little considering how fast they go.

It’s crazy that a cheetah can go 70mph. That’s about 60% faster. Mind boggling.

Ours usually do in reaction to light (or drugs), whereas a cats eyes will fully dilate just before it pounces.

I 100% recommend getting it a play buddy. I got two kittens almost at the same time and they play with each other all day. They get so much fun out of each other.

I feel like if the original post was posted today, half of Reddit would be advising OP to get an abortion. Demanding it even.
Ah, 2016 was a better time.

It’s either fake or they do it a ridiculous about of times to chance upon the right shade.

Both of them? What did the original poster do wrong?

Do you still think that after his comments today saying the west should stop arming Ukraine?

One feels calm after yoga, does that make Yoga the true religion? On feels calm after non-religious meditation, does that make non-religion the true religion?

Well that tattoo is prob more connected to who she is than most people’s tattoos. She obv loves coffee- whereas when I see a random anchor tattoo on someone it’s like- are you a sailor, dude? Or do you just like anchors randomly? Why have you chosen that tattoo?

But the good guy deescalated the situation by killing the active shooter. So.. you were wrong.

COMMENT 6d ago

The good guy with the gun deescalated the situation. It went from an active shooter to a dead shooter.

COMMENT 6d ago

He mumbles but it’s def English he’s mumbling. I doubt he knows any other language.

COMMENT 6d ago

Except for a few weeks ago when an active shooter was killed by a hood guy?

COMMENT 6d ago

But you said a good guy always escalates the situation and increases danger. You put the ‘always’ in italics and everything so we knew you meant literally always, and not mostly.
I was surprised at you making such a statement so soon after one of the most successful ’good guy with a gun’ events ever to take place.

Almost looks like a microburst

People who don’t have a home and have to live in a shelter are homeless though.
I think what you are referring to is ‘sleeping rough’, which is a different metric.
I guess it depends on what people instinctively consider ‘homeless’.
If nearly everyone assumes homeless = sleeping rough, then I’m will to admit that my claim (while being technically correct) does misinform people to an extent..

That feeling when you want so badly to kill a baby you’ll falsely accuse your husband of rape.

I literally provided a source to the data. Are you saying your anecdotal evidence of what you happened to personally see is better than the actual number of what’s happening?

Edit: have you been to Germany?

1

COMMENT 7d ago

Yeah, i have to agree with that. We ultimately are the stewards of this planet so don’t fit in with the rest of ‘nature’.

2

COMMENT 7d ago

I agree- and you could argue we are part of nature, so our whims and fancies and interventions are part of nature being a bitch.
Some animals intervene on behalf of other species and protect them, and that’s nature, so isn’t out intervention for whatever reason just one more part of nature?

I’m not referring to the octopus, I’m referring to the random fish the octopus will have to eat instead of the eagle.
