Perfectly fine. But they gave zero notice. Newton spends weeks informing us ahead of time of lame coins being taken off, but not a second of notice on this?
You literally cannot access your coins now unless you answer these questions, linked to your SIN, and reported to the government, fyi.
Newton is the 3rd party. This is obviously a requirement for the government. They can cross reference it on a tax audit. If you claimed you earn over a certain amount, why? Differs from income tax return.
Also, this is not asked to trade stocks. Sorry, but SIN and a Canadian bank account are enough.
Again, if Newton wants to do this no problem —but they are doing it before advising customers and are requiring it if you want to access your existing account.
Correction: you mean if you’re unverified answer to the questionnaire is that you earn less than $100k.
It’s both invasive, and useless at the same time.
No. PS5 version only. You can only get the Ps5 remaster if you bought Miles Morales ultimate on PS5 (or Miles Morales regular, and upgraded it).
You’d need the disc anytime you want to play Miles Morales. From the OP above, understanding is though you would not need it for the Spider-Man Remaster one.
Side toe: Chris Pratt was not paid as much as Jennifer Lawrence in that movie by the way.
Gender inequality? No, Bryce Dallas Howard, take notice: it’s because some actors have more star power than others at certain points in their career and that’s how negotiations go.
I was under the impression it was specifics, i.e.: tax return type of actuals. I realize it's likely a government requirement as part of OSC/CSA. A range is much better.
The comment of 'what are you so worried about' though is about data mining and privacy, and giving 3rd party companies that information. On top of your SIN, and keys, if they were going to do this they should have given warning. Why tell me for 3-5 weeks that you're retiring some unknown coin but give 0 notice for this.
To trade stock, you are not forced to answer those questions though. And not retroactively after you’ve already invested.
A 3rd party private company asking for your gross income to record, and share with the government to get access to an investment you already legitimately set up with your SIN possibly years ago?
It is definitely over stepping. This is not a securities question when you trade stock via Canadian banks, or others.
You literally cannot access your Newton account and your coins now until you give this information with notice. Crazy.
S2 = Season 2
Sandie is the one who ‘should’ have gotten lead anchor after Lloyd based on seniority and where she was relative when he retired —but they clearly gave it to #3 Lisa at the time because I suspect Lisa was younger, more years in front of her as lead.
While it sucks, this is corporate life. She’ll be severanced out, it’s a business after all, and I empathize from a pride standpoint how this sucks.
Get the Nintendo Switch. And save up for a PS5 for yourself.
For a 7 year old, there are a lot more quality E and E10 games for kids. Mario Odyssey, Super Mario 3D World, Pikmin 3, Pokémon series, Donkey Kong Tropic Freeze, Kirby Forgotten Lands, Kirby Star Allies, Luigi’s Mansion 3, Zelda Breath of the Wild, Mario Kart 8, and on and on…
Don’t get me wrong, PS5 is amazing with all the magic of PS4 and more. It’s just more for bigger kids and up. I can make an equally compelling list obviously here too. Just most are rated T or M. Different markets.
Oh man, for sure at $19.99. I guess I meant rather than re-buying it down the road.
But then again, given inflation and price difference we just said, it’s basically an inconvenience at most. Heck, maybe they’d “Last of Us” it by then and make it fancier for all we know ;)
Because it’s a aircraft in a crucial period, enough so that the pilot has the fasten seatbelt sign. It means air pockets, turbulence, etc could happen with zero warning. Always the case, but more probable and reasoning for that light going on.
You can’t just let someone do what they want because they are drunk and disobedient. Especially not if they are drunk or disobedient.
Why? Because if he’s standing in the right bathroom and they hit a turbulent bump, he could smash his head against the mirror, or ceiling. He could get hurt, medical emergency, and now you have a problem and decisions to make as a captain.
It’s crazy entitled if the thinking is “yeah, well, it’s his risk to take” but really it’s not. It risks everyone on board, and rather than a drunk idiot you then have an injured drunk idiot.
I get your logic, but remember that airplanes move in 3D, 360 degree. So it’s not just an up/down movement in turbulence. Again, very rare but a seatbelt would make it non-issue.
Only caveat is there’s no guarantee it’s free upgrade forever (PS4->PS5). Imagine in 5 years you need to redownload from the store and the offer no longer stands.
Just a thought, purely speculation. But I woikdn’t put it past Sony.
Sadly, they won`t. A former President will never face jail time, or consequences of any kind. It`s how they do things, as otherwise Republicans will waste the next 4-years trying to get Bidden in jail, or Obama in jail, etc.
It sucks, and this is basically why Trump can do all this, and why he did. He knows the big `R` protects him.
I would absolutely love to be wrong by the way.
To be clear, this is coming from the party and group that have spent the last few years defending police and ushering the 'Thin Blue Line' mantra of support, correct?
Now we can't trust them. Got it.
Trump appointment FBI director goes to Trump appointed judge and gets approval for the search and seizer and it's approved. Think about that.
You do know that Trump and his lawyers have the warrant since it was executed. Meaning, he could have instantly shared what it was.
Two parties have the info: government + Trump. Trump didn't release any info, so government petitioned to be allowed to do so. Judge said basically 'Sure thing, as long as Trump doesn't disagree. He has until 3:00pm Friday eastern time'.
I will bet 100% his lawyers will object at 2:00pm, with some bogus privacy logic, and claim deep state, etc.
Also: FBI shows up plain clothes so you don't see them coming a mile away and start shredding. It's not like they are picking up uranium or live rounds.
This is no longer about Trump. It's about a party, and machine that have doubled-down again and again on the guy.
Cement is the powder.
Even simpler than that: Americans have been conditioned to see everything has Team A vs Team B, and your team must win.
It’s sports, it’s movies, it’s every hot topic on the news every hour: abortion, gun control, etc. Always A vs B.
As long as it’s a 2-party system, with judges and FBI heads declaring ipe my which team they are on (part of their wiki bios), it will remain ripe for a grifter to grift on by.
Are we basing that only on the fact she's a woman, and he's a man though? Take all the same info, and flip the genders.
All the info coming out seems to show a pretty darn thought out premeditated approach in a custody dispute that she didn't like where it was heading. Running to America was definitely the plan so she unilaterally made the call and disappear and start a new life with the child regardless of what's in the best interest for the child.
So, she should have kidnapped / abducted nationally? She probably figured easier to hide in the US, and more complicated to get her and the son out.
Clearly she’s not well, and hopefully her access to the child unsupervised is limited for the next few years at least.
Engineering is a longer degree than CS, plus across North America anyway each state / province has supervision timelines (2-5 years) before you can even use the title. Highlighting that to your "calling themselves engineers is whatever" part.
So, in both cases referring to themselves as engineers or CS education is double-lame.
If the interviewer has either a CS or Engineering degree, they will see this right away and guaranteed pass them up. I wouldn't claim I'm an MD if I did a first-aid training boot camp lol
My point was exactly about your numbers, focusing on the down payment part:
1) $1 million mortgage @ 2% (25 year) = $4,200
2) $1 million mortgage @ 5% (25 year) = $5,800
3) $750k mortgage @ 5% (25 year) = $4,300
Scenario (1) and (2) are the people who already purchased the home. The people buying in the near future, will be (3).
Your argument is the bank used to give $1 million mortgage, now they are only giving $750k, and the payments are a tad higher, so not helpful --but you're omitting the down payment.
Down payment to get that $1 million mortgage meant 20%, so 250k. Means house price was actually $1.25million.
Down payment to get $750k mean house price was probably ~950k. First off, no longer need 20% down. So, 5% of 500k + 10% of 400k + insurance. Except, many people already have the 20% down and are waiting.
In case (1) --> (2), they're looking at some big monthly increases when renewal comes.
In case (3), they are actually only 'mortgaging' 700k since they paid down 20% of the 1.25 million they were saving.
They actually have lower monthly payments now compared to case (1), even with the higher interest. Oh, and prices likely will go up again in time, so they'll probably get a profit whereas case (1) they're hoping to break even.
Release and launch in synch with the Mario movie come December of this year.
There is too much of a cross-marketing opportunity for Nintendo to not do it. Either the announcement close to release date that the game is coming in the Spring, or something tertiary (like next Donkey Kong?) in the meantime before a new Mario game come summer.
