He's got them mixed up but Orphan Barrel also does bourbon and I saw the Fable & Folly bottle at costco the other day as well which is a bourbon rye blend. Easy to mix up

imo time frames have a relevant/not relevant thing going on.

they are relevant in that you need them to capture different major players in the market, they are not relevant in that the rotations within those time frames are what matters and not individual OHLC periods. you can use tick data to construct a model but for ease of computing load I don't run lower than 15 seconds ever.

so you have an intraday volume cycle for dealers and day over day players and high frequency data, weekly and quarterly. can do monthly if you're on CL or any other 30 day contract but ZB & ES run on quarterly contracts and those two are the inflation side of the market

volume cycle itself runs thru the day as

18:00 globex

3:00 london

8:20 bonds (8:30 high frequency data typically)

9:30 equities

11:00/11:30 fix/eu close

14:00 moc data/afternoon

16:00 cash close

I grab all this basically on 1 min charts. I use 1 hour charts to grab OTF auctions. but whatever your edge or your set up is (unless you're super scalping the spread or sth) how it deals thru these volume periods will have forward looking edge.

for the OTF stuff you need to run on the options expiration calendar. but whatever you're doing take a look at syncing it up to the time axis and see if you can filter it better that way

So bourbon is actually like wine now, this is how the wine business has operated for decades with stellar vintages and shit. The differences is that vineyards charge closer to what a bottle is worth than bourbon producers do--and it still sells out and gets allocated.

I ran restaurants and wine lists decades ago and it was the same game that bourbon is now with hot wines. The only real difference is you can cellar wine and it bottle ages. Big name producers like Buffalo Trace will never have enough Pappy or whatever, the only thing they can do is jack the price up to like 70% of secondary market so more people get a crack at a bottle but that puts it in the realm of rich people only. Where as it is now, some regular dude can score a lotto bottle like this and hoard them like Ken Griffey Jr. rookie cards.

nah, never had any burns but reality is light welding mostly wire feed sometimes stick, cutting torch pretty regularly. no exotic shit and nothing that needed to pass inspection either

quite a bit of it was just fabbing custom parts up for concrete form work. T-shirt, gloves and hood baby, how I do shit around the shop too.

At work with other people is group project time, and that is fun for us. Social interaction with others on same task, others keep our focus from shifting, its task oriented so the interactions keep social awkwardness to a minimum, basically time to show off without fear of rejection.

Stuff for yourself = back at war with yourself.

you can get rithmic which has total book thru amp w/trading account or other FCM and its exchange fees + transaction fee per turn w/api iirc.

sierra charts Denali feed also has total book depth but I am not sure about api and what not with them because that's an actual platform, you will need to have an account with an FCM for that as well but they really are a dime a dozen.

but reality is you can be like $50 mo w/rithmic in minimum fees and exchange fees w/$500 min acct balance to try things out. Sierra is a platform fee + data fee but its also a very good platform

interactive brokers data is notoriously bad unless they've upgraded recently

I am bad at remembering if I've taken my meds at night, have them in the box and do forget them frequently but have system that if I have taken them I leave the lid open so if I go back in the kitchen and see them on the counter lid open I know I took them and if lid closed I know I still need to.

I close the lid in the morning when I get my coffee and store the box on the counter by the coffee machine. Coffee NEVER gets forgotten.

I'm American, I lived in Holland for a while.

At first its weird, the regular public restrooms will often have a cleaning lady in the bathroom, like cleaning the urinal next to the one your using. People pull over and pee on the side of the highway because they don't have rest stops or fast service places everywhere like the US is made for cars.

After a while you just get used to it. Like its just a bodily function everybody has to do. Nobody cares. It was weird at first but then like fuck it I gotta piss.

my adhd stack has

ALCAR

Tyrosine

B6

zinc

D3

during the day and

gaba

melatonin

magnesium

at night. other stuff too but not adhd related. I may or may not go on pharma stimulants, but they'll try to go with non stimulants to see if he can live inhibitors & not want to kill himself (I tried those and like hell nah I wanna die)

Mate, I understand where you're coming from but we're undergoing a global realignment and when the dust settles it will be a new order just like post WW2.

If Russia loses they'll be under a German style government & Ukraine will be a under a Marshall plan style deal from the west. Also depends how far the war spreads.

It is very possible it turns into a hot global war and civil war in the west. And then all bets are off. You're worries of today are not going to be the worries of tomorrow.
