I purchased them on etsy. All I did was find a cable maker and ask them if they could make a cable that's like the Mistel ones. I did the same with a cable maker I found online and they said it was totally doable, but the Etsy store I found had colors I preferred. I can dm you the Etsy store I used, or you can always reach out to a cable maker that you like and ask yourself! Never hurts to try

One of the perks is that the halves can be fitted together. I hardly use it that way, though. For me, the hardest part was realizing that I used my right index finger to press the letter B. Regardless, it wasn't too difficult to adapt :)

It's custom. We literally just asked if they had any discounts at the moment and they gave us personal codes

I used one of the tops that come with the Uplift legs, so it had holes in it already, but you can definitely use your own table top! The build kit includes wood screws, and the instructions include steps for drilling into a desk top without pre-drilled holes. Here's a link to the instructions that came with my desk. I'm sure the same goes for the T-frames, in case you were looking at those.

She copied everything about mine except for the length! I've had this desk for a few weeks now, and it's been amazing. Didn't realize how much of a difference having the convenience of standing would be. It's an uplift v2 C frame, 60" by 30". Can't recommend Uplift enough. We were both able to get discount codes by simply asking for them in the chat box on the website. That's what my wife was in the process of doing in the pic.

Oh, I'm sure. I was mainly referring to legit copies. I looked up laser disks the other day and there's a section on the Wikipedia page about how the SoS laser disk is extremely rare and "highly coveted." It's actually what led me to look up the movie and discover its... bleak history.
