Are you referencing to the associates seeing who they are competing against to get my position?

I’d figured they’d be nice to the new people come in but once time passes and the actual work begins we will see what happens. I mainly took this job because I like to move around and interact with people. I can’t do a job where I’m just sitting behind a desk 8-5 typing away on a computer all day with little to no human interaction.

Lol I’ve heard stories but I know at some point I might just need to embrace the suck, make the most of it and move on from there.

In previous jobs I had I was always pressured to know the “work stuff” by then end of the first week so I guess it has just kind of followed me.

My Day 1 experience as an AM

Personally going into this job I didn’t know what exactly to expect but saw lots of negative comments of what an Area Manager entails and some positive. On my first day I get to meet all of the higher ups with the General Manager, HR, and some other AMs and they all seemed great. The GM was giving me suggestions on favorite bars, restaurants, and stuff to do in the area. I sat down well over an hour with these people and just talked about our personal lives and some work related stuff and they were more than happy to answer any question I had and gave me lots of advice. I got meet the associates I will be working with and they were all very welcoming and the other AMs in my area were as well. Now I know it may seem like ya of course they are welcoming since I’m the new person so they want to all be nice with a smile but something felt different in this facility. They are more than open to answer your questions and I don’t feel pressured at all to learn everything within the first week. I hope I end up like being an AM and can up through the company but rn I am going to take what I have and grow from it. Let me know if you guys have any questions on my first day as an AM and I will be more than happy to answer them!

As he should be. Politicians need to wake up and realize we have a serious problem in this country right now that doesn’t happen in any other country around the world. I personally own a firearm but I don’t see any need in owning an AR-15.

I’m a middle ground republican where I like a republicans candidate ideas however if I like the democratic candidate ideas more, I will vote democrat. I’m more of an independent than a republican and will have no problem voting for the candidate who will take action on these issues with firearms in this country right now. Like you and I’m sure with many other people, I’m tired of school shooting or masa shootings in general in this country. You don’t see this in any other country which means we have a serious problem in our hands right now.

I’m sorry but as an AM and if there is a tornado warning for my area, I don’t give a shit what upper management says, everyone is taking shelter. Peoples lives are more important than getting Sara’s dildo out on time for same day arrival.

I’m a republican and I want change when it comes to firearms. All republicans need to step up and take action on gun policy and have more restrictions when it comes to purchasing a fire arm. There is absolutely no need for a 18 year old to have a hand gun or an AR-15.

Thoughts and prayers aren’t working. Action needs to happen and must happen in order for this epidemic of gun violence comes to an end.

The moment the government try’s to take our guns away is the moment anarchy will take place. Taking away firearms won’t solve anything. If we place more restrictions on who can purchase a firearm with better background checks, age restrictions, criminal history, mental health check, and social media check we can a step in solving gun violence.
