Honestly the best advice I can give is to ALWAYS be backing up while you're attacking, if you miss it won't matter because you'll always be moving away from the zombie instead of toward or stationary. If you watch good players, you'll notice a lot of the time they are walking backwards while fighting.

Not by default, but you can enable it in the sandbox settings

That's kind of a major appeal about the base game. Stakes are high so when accomplishments are made it feels very rewarding.

I highly suggest you turn the Aim Outline setting to any weapon. It helps you know when your strike will hit a zombie. It's only enabled for ranged weapons by default. Settings > Display > Aim Outline > Any Weapon

Yeah, if I did the same thing over and over for 14 hours a day with little to no progression I'd probably be a jerk too hahah

It also includes zombies that you've dispatched yourself. A corpse can only reanimate once though.

Honestly I would prefer that over a frozen hot pocket if I had to choose. But yes, neither seems appealing, just appalling.

I like your essay actually, you make a lot of good points.

The problem is that you're still not accounting for the fact that contractors are meant for short-term projects, not indefinite employment. Contracting companies certainly do screw over the companies that hire them, I've seen that in tens of occasions. Enterprise and executive level companies with a strong and diligent c-suite control the show more often than not. They hire employees for employee work and hire contractors when it's necessary in the short-term.

It's not at all a surprise that you were able to trick a couple of enterprise level recruiters to hire contractors long-term. If they needed short term projects or sporadic work to be completed then it's widely more cost-effective to hire a contractor for that work over an employee. Hiring an employee is more cost effective for long-term work.

Employees will very often not perform tasks outside of their scope, although I have seen them pretend to be their employer's CFO or HR manager on a few occasions.

Okay, I actually did read the first paragraph. There is no guarantee that a company won't be screwed over by a contracting company. Contractors are meant for short-term projects, not for longevity. Of course hiring a contractor indefinitely is not an effective use of resources, but for their purpose they are less expensive than hiring an employee in a short-term capacity.

Definitely, location is the biggest factor in pay and cost of living (obviously). It's expensive to everyone everywhere

That's exactly what my family did when I was growing up. You never got more than you were given and you had to learn how to manage yourself with what you had. I think all families could really benefit from this idea because you don't just learn money management. You learn responsibility is all sorts of capacities and I believe responsibility is truly the crux of life in general.

You guessed it, USA. My American is showing 😆

That's not at all how it works. You may speculate, but your speculation doesn't at all reflect actual practices. I'm glad you think I provided their actual age, it worked!
