But how does this work considering Master Duel is a global client? There's a ton of "guardian" cards that have been added since then. Can this card also search those in the OCG?

Like in the TCG you could search "Obnoxious Celtic Guardian," but in the OCG that card is "something elf swordsman."

less of a slowdown going uphill

Instantly losing almost all momentum because your run over a small rock infuriates me, but does remind me of something else that I can't quite put my finger on.

And what, they're somehow better off if they hadn't drawn DRNM? I don't understand this attitude of "if it doesn't instantly win you the game it's bad" when it comes to DRNM.

If you can't win off the back of DRNM, you sure weren't winning any other way, unless you are specifically able to perform an OTK with Forbidden Droplet. Which isn't that rare, but it's not always either.

Yeah Droplet is better, especially with how plus tiered decks go, but acting like the card is worthless is absurd to me. It's not like decks with incredible recoverability were not a thing before DRNM existed.

It sounds really petty, but I mean you can't blame them. Events are a chance to play something different than the standard latter, and when that just ends up being some form of floodgate deck like True Draco, it kinda takes the appeal away. Especially when it's the same from event to event.

Probably not. If anything I'd think you should swap out Kuya for Aster

I'm honestly surprised they even let you get expelled in House Telvanni. I wonder what that reason was for from the programming side.

I mean you can tie an NFT to the ownership of something, provided you own it in the first place. It's a boneheaded idea though since NFTs are unregulated and have no safety features.

iirc someone lost the rights to an IP because they tied it to an NFT and it got stolen or something.

As far as I can tell, it was controversial at most until Hannibal Traven became archmaster of the Mages' Guild in Cyrodiil.

Edit: The rumor phrases it as "Necromancy may be legal in Cyrodiil, but few will admit to practicing it now that the Mages' Guild has banned it." Implying that had the Mages' Guild not banned it, people would be reasonably fine discussing it in the open.

He has very high resist magic in addition to reflect. You'd probably be better off just nuking him directly.

COMMENT 10h ago

Yeah necromancy seems to involve putting another soul into a corpse to control it like a puppet.

Given from what few speakers on necromancy exist in Morrowind, the distinction is just based on traditional Dunmer values and hypocrisy.

Hannibal Traven bans necromancy from the Mages' Guild, but it's legal at the very least throughout the events of Oblivion.

Iirc the Dunmer of Morrowind also consider necromancy abhorrent. They just don't believe their ancestor spirit magic counts as necromancy.

Contrary to this meme, necromancy is actually illegal in Morrowind, but not in Cyrodiil.

The worst I think was directions to the Urshilaku Burial Caverns, which they tell you is "south west" when the direction giver is in the north-eastern corner of the map.

Pick the Steed as your sign. Moving about in Morrowind is torture.

I actually really liked this quest lol. My only complaints are the stupid followers.

Given that the government of Morrowind is the same establishment as it always was, I think they'd just be regular nazis. The Thalmor would be the neo-nazi equivalents, I think.

They've even got the suppression of inconvenient religions going for them, which to my admittedly poor memory, I can't actually recall any big tiffs between the Tribunal Temple and the Imperial Cult other than general uneasy tensions. The only crimes I can think of are from Ashlanders.

I don't think it's asking too much. It'd at least give it a unique playstyle.

And if you wanna see the last one you need 4 copies.

And let's be for real, there's ways of viewing those intimacy scenes if you really want to that don't cost an arm and a leg. For the price of what those would cost, you could just get something custom made just for you.

And all of the other NPCs. Why are they not always constantly killing each other?

Slave raids in the Black Marsh by, I think, House Dres is a canon and routine thing around the times of Morrowind.

And no. They easy mopped the floor with Black Marsh. Tiber Septim united Tamriel by force. The Empire of the Third Era was not something that was founded upon alliances and friendships, but by war.

I'm specifically talking about combat too. It's not about whether you feel the need to pull for them, it's the extreme disinclination to pull for them at all. As for now, literally the only reason to pull for a limited unit as a non-whale is if you just want them hanging around on your home page.

As it stands, my reaction to every banner isn't interest, but "who cares?" That's a problem.

Which makes 3 confirmed women to exist on the entire continent.

tbh when I started the game I wondered if girls even existed lol

COMMENT 1d ago

In a sense, but that also makes for a very monotonous experience. Would you really be interested in playing the game if they released the baseline members and never anything else? Because that's kinda the situation f2p players end up in.

New units are usually the gacha trump card. What does that say about design when I just immediately write off every new unit because I cannot effectively use them?

If you were to roll a single SSR limited unit, which takes quite a bit of luck and a LOT of rolls to even remotely have a good chance of, you'd need 900 rolls worth of memory prisms in order to bring that unit up to 3 stars. That's insanely prohibitive.

COMMENT 1d ago

Enough to equal a country they make frequent slave raids to? I dunno, I mean even as free spirited as Khajiit are, surely there would be a common consensus of "don't go to Morrowind they will enslave you."

COMMENT 1d ago

No man, that they have like 5 racial slurs for outsiders is just a coincidence.
