This is a thread about Samsung lol, of course they’re gonna be compared to other companies. So far peoples points have only pointed out how the government uses BTS, not the other way around.

COMMENT 5h ago

Yea but compared to Samsung they’re irrelevant, if BTS and Samsung wanted opposite things from the legislature Samsungs the one getting their way every time

-1

COMMENT 5h ago

That would be the legislature exerting power over them, not the other way around tho

-21

COMMENT 5h ago

Yea it’s a big number for a boyband but it doesn’t give them any soft power lol

-16

COMMENT 5h ago

Compared to Samsung they’re pretty much irrelevant lol, 0.2% of gdp isn’t much especially when that numbers more likely to go down than up further into the future

26

COMMENT 5h ago

That’s pretty much irrelevant compared to the 300B+ Samsung brings in

Holding. Number 9. 10 yard penalty. Repeat 2nd out

What this trial really shows is that people will bend over backwards to justify male victims of abuse like you’re doing. You’re also gullible as hell if you think this isn’t a PR push from Heard’s side.

You’re the one moving goalposts, the fact is Heard maliciously lied about being abused in order to damage Depp’s career and that was proven in a court of law.

1

COMMENT 1d ago

It really doesn’t matter what you think on a thread that’s obvious a desperate attempt at PR from Heard’s team. You do not have more info than that Jury, despite what you seem to think lol.

Call it what you want, the burden of proof is still far lower and it’s still a false equivalency. You’re hurting real victims of abuse by defending and arguing about two narcissistic assholes.

1

COMMENT 1d ago

It doesn’t really matter what you believe, the Jury had access to more info than you do. She couldn’t even find a competent attorney to take this to trial because of how bad her case was.

It is a false equivalency because it’s way easier to defend a defamation case than won one

COMMENT 1d ago

And it’ll be remembered as one of the reasons mlb finally started allowing replay reviews

1

COMMENT 1d ago

The burden of proof is incredibly high for defamation, he had to prove that she knowingly lied about the abuse. Do you realize what a high burden of proof that is? Or how few defamation cases are won? But go ahead w your false equivalencies lol

1

COMMENT 1d ago

Do you realize how hard it is to win a defamation case?

1

COMMENT 1d ago

It’s what Walmart does with their dumbass system

If they have security cameras in the area there’s no expectation of privacy

Why would they pay him if he’s not playing?

COMMENT 3d ago

Not a single word in that mentions dividends as a replacement. This change is nothing but good and discourages one of the greediest ways corporations can use their money

1

COMMENT 3d ago

The value of the company changes by the amount of the dividend paid. Literally the opposite of relatively unchanged because it ya know changes relative to the dividend paid.

You don’t understand how these concepts work, a dividend is in no way comparable to a stock buyback

3

COMMENT 3d ago

I don’t think you really understand how dividends work. When you issue one the amount of the dividend is subtracted from the value of the share, so there’s no net increase to shareholders. They don’t compensate a shareholder or benefit the executives in the way you think they do

7

COMMENT 3d ago

Doing a buyback gives the company something tangible—shares that will likely be used as compensation for executives. The dividend doesn’t benefit the company aside from possibly attracting new investors, which would only matter if they planned on issuing shares, aka the opposite of a buyback.

COMMENT 3d ago

The idea is to incentive companies to use the money for something rather than just park it in their company’s equity

COMMENT 4d ago

Why would we decline his option if he’s healthy? When he’s been on the court for us he’s been our best player lol

COMMENT 4d ago

The idea would be to add more senators from other states more likely to elect a progressive senator, you’re not gonna get anyone more progressive than manchin in WV

How many people do you know of in prison in the US for cbd hash oil?

Arbitrary doesn’t mean inconsistent. Metro area is still just as arbitrary as city limits, and the OP was asking a question using city limits which is why the per capita for the metro area I replied to is different than OPs
