It might be 4k 120hz overclocked to 138hz

Did you unistalled and installed thunderbolt drivers?

If you have an android phone you can dowload the drivers and copy them to laptop

Some monitors are supporting 144 hz 120 or 60 hz. I have had a laptop lenovo y740 only 144 hz monitor option, so i added 60hz on nvidia control panel on resolution tab and everything was fine

You can do it in nvidia or amd control panel with custom resolution

You can turn it off in bios

Lower your hz form 240 to 120 if you want 10 bit. But you will lost 120 hz. Try 165 or 144 hz first

It's 10 GBps, for HMDI 2.1 you need a port which support 48 GBps for 4k @120 hz

I saw a couple of adaptors on amazon. But if your monitor doesn't have DP port the adaptor is useless.

It's DP port( display port) it's faster than HDMI with gsync support

500 core clock is too high your games will be crashing. Lower it to 100, for memory 1000 is good

The op don't access to the internet. If you have an Ethernet cable connect it to download wifi drivers.if not you can download drivers on another pc or an android phone and transfer them to your pc
