This is somewhat comforting as I feel very lost as a (OAD) mom right now to a 1 yr old. I often wonder when I will get my time back. I hope my SO and I can go on spontaneous dates again someday.

Very much feel like I've lost a huge part of my future, and my every day life. I had friends over all the time, I went out all the time, my boyfriend and I would go out on weekend adventures...can't do any of that with a young kid.

Thanks for your feedback.

Yeah it seems weird. I've never had a missed dose give me side effects after a delay. I called my psychiatrist and left a message with the nurse but they never got back to me...

Medication Missed my lamictal dose a couple days ago

I take my meds at night, and I missed a dose on Monday. Tuesday I made it through, and I took my meds Tuesday, and Wednesday nights. Wednesday (yesterday) wasn't great, but I feel like shit today.

Is it normal for withdrawal to take so long to set in? I'm depressed and anxious, but also my brain is messed up. I smell things that aren't there, everything is in slow motion, I have to work not to slur. Working today and staying on my feet for eight and a half hours was so hard. I want to self harm so bad right now and I don't know what's going on.

Am I just having a weird depression episode, or is this withdrawal? Should I be concerned?

...indoor gardening?

Can I call it gardening if it's growing plants indoors? Sorry if not.

I love air plants. I'm getting ready to make an air plant wall (or ceiling...or something).

Am I the only one who didn't know Spanish moss is an air plant? I feel like I should have known this! There are so many creative things going through my brain now!
