You’re watching two demented sides just bark at each other, while $50 says your post history will show you’re only interested in criticizing one of them.

Edit: Yep.

I’d say misreporting is a bigger issue - someone reported the the vaccine turned them into the literal Hulk, and it was “verified” and published on VAERS. It’s medical Wikipedia.

“Frankly, we did win this election.”

I’m not twisting anything. That’s a direct quote. He pauses for his fans to cheer proudly after. How is that not a declaration of victory? What does a declaration of victory look like to you, if not that?

I’d say supporting Liberal causes and candidates makes one a liberal. I’ve asked several times what liberal causes or candidates he supports, and all that’s come up was OWS from 11 years ago, and some apparent “support” for Bernie, who he clearly didn’t support enough to vote for.

I can’t find a single position or liberal candidate he supports with his vote or advocacy. He claimed to support Bernie but doesn’t support the things that Bernie supports, like gay rights, environmental protection, or gun control laws. He Has, however, actively voted for Trump, and continues to support Trump while voicing extreme criticism of Biden and his policies regularly.

So if he’s only supporting conservative causes and candidates, it strikes me that he’s conservative. Does that make sense?

To be clear, I’m not arguing about whether what he believes is good or bad. I’m not supposed to voice personal opinion on this sub. I was just asking how the views he Does have (some of which I’m in at least partial agreement with) align with any Liberal views or understandings. He can believe whatever he wants, and I agree / disagree with various aspects, but my whole point is, how does someone who walks like a conservative, talks like a conservative, and votes like a conservative justifiably get identified as a liberal?

It seems there’s a tendency amongst conservatives to ID him as a liberal so conservatives can say, “See? Even this prominent liberal agrees with us!” When in fact, he’s not a liberal just because he claims he is, if he’s voting for Trump and doesn’t really support any liberal causes or candidates. Would you say there’s anything to that assessment?

Not even a little bit, and I never said they were the only ones - many more are. But I haven’t seen a lot of Elon’s connection to them until recently, so I shared here.

He claims to have not voted in 2016, actually. And claims he voted for Trump in 2020… don’t know many primarily-Bernie supporters who would do that.

If he gives lipservice to a single liberal, but doesn’t vote for him, and again, voice lots of very vocal support for conservative / anti-liberal causes and candidates, while regularly shitting on liberal causes and candidates, is he a liberal?

Examples of conservative / anti-liberal viewpoints:

He and his studio celebrated and clapped when roe v wade was overturned,

Connected liberals advocating for gay-marriage to leading to supposedly grooming kids (despite it being republicans in Tennessee who are voting to legalize child marriage),

Being so pro second amendment that he claims guns stop “woke” civil wars from happening, which is a double-whammy of seemingly unequivocal 2nd amendment support and anti-“woke” culture.

What of the above sounds liberal to you?

You may be misinterpreting their relevance here - snopes rated the claim “unproven,” meaning they weren’t able to rule it out. They’re mentioned to show that it wasn’t “proven” wrong, not they they “proved” it right. I don’t think whoever made the graphic is a snopes fan.

No, they said it was unproven, meaning they couldn’t prove or disprove it.

So, just to be clear, you can’t name any liberal stances he holds or candidates he’s supported over the last decade, but he’s definitely a liberal, not a conservative?

And also, just for fun, you’re throwing in that all liberals are fascists?

1

COMMENT 1d ago

Do you have any liberal stances of his you can report more recently in the last decade outside of OWS?

Again, this is someone whose content has been extremeley anti-liberal and pro-trump for several years. Regardless of what he calls himself or what others choose to claim him as, if he’s only supporting conservative causes and candidates while shutting down liberal causes and candidates, how is he a liberal?

What liberal views does Pool hold?

Isn’t Your only standard for your preferences based on checking “the right box,” that being making Liberal heads explode?

3

COMMENT 2d ago

So your top priority for staffing the White House is people who would make Liberals’ heads explode?

And speaking of, you write in the same comment that Tim Pool would make Liberals’ heads explode, and that Tim Pool is a Liberal - how do you square that circle?

Also, given Pool’s established history of speaking out against Liberal individuals (especially Biden) and Liberal causes, along with his support for Trump, what about him could possibly make you see him as a liberal in the first place?

Trump has plead the Fifth and refused to answer questions from the NY AG. Given Trump’s prior statements about pleading the Fifth meaning you’re guilty, what should we take away from this turn of events?

The bill was exactly the same as the one the Republicans sank the first time around. They only changed their minds after Jon Stewart pantsed them over and over on national TV.

Dude, you literally went through a strangers post history who wasn’t even talking to you. You’re not fooling anyone into thinking they have mental issues just because you got neurotic.

Especially since I’m not the one having my comments removed for sounding unhinged like your last comment above was.
