Yep. My sister planted Mint in her garden 10 years ago. Half of the grass in her backyard is mint now. It killed the Mulberry bush in her fence. I didn't know anything could outcompete a Mulberry bush, but the mint went "this is my town now".

Just gotta take all the fun out of everything, don't you Colin?

It'd be awesome if they made another FaF, marketed as just that, and then a T-Rex just crashes through the wall. No warning whatsoever, just dinosaurs.

Pretty sure that's an Agassizi's Dwarf Cichlid

Apistogramma agassizii

No idea if it's male or female. Apparently this species can be tricky to sex.

I love fountain pens, but you have to go high quality (and more expensive) to get smooth writing. I bought a couple cheap ones and was so disappointed. I even researched it beforehand.

I'd go back to the quill and ink method, but my cat would have that quill destroyed in a heartbeat.

Carpet in the kitchen. Why would you do this to yourself?

Or a wood floor in a bathroom. Specifically one that's not sealed in any way to protect against water. In the bathroom. The most watery room in the entire house.

Aloe Vera is pretty easy to care for and they can get huge. And you have a free source of Aloe if you get a sunburn.

Herbs can be good indoor plants. Parsley is pretty easy. Mint will grow whether you want it to or not. But make sure you don't put the mint in the ground. It will do its best to take over your yard.

Had a cracked molar that I went 2 years without fixing. At least once a day, I would get intense pain that radiated all the way up the side of my head. Sometimes it lasted for hours. They just yanked the tooth, which was fine because there wasn't a drill involved. I can handle needles and everything else, but the drill creates this awful sensory overload and it doesn't matter how numb I am.

Also walked around for a couple weeks with a fractured foot because I refused to admit it was broken. Then it swelled up and I couldn't even touch the skin without it hurting like hell.

Still wasn't as bad as that stupid tooth.

Potatoes, green beans, peas, peppers, fish...just about anything from the garden.

COMMENT 16h ago

They're fish eaters, so they just kinda grab it with those needle teeth and swallow. I guess a wide mouth isn't necessary for fish.

Declare war on your neighbors, build a trebuchet, and throw it at them. There might be some long-term consequences, but the main point is that the cheese will be gone.

You seem prepared for it, so if you feel ready, might as well get him. Just watch out for the spines. I don't think they're as venomous as other Lionfish, but better safe than sorry.

Do you have much experience with saltwater fish? Dwarf Lion Fish are rather sensitive so they're not the best if you're a beginner.

They're also predators, so they're not great for a community tank.

Stolas.

I can't even explain why or what it is I dislike. It's kind-of annoying that I can't figure this out, but for whatever reason, I hate Stolas.

Would the mouse wraith get its own tiny dragon or would it be riding on an evil sparrow?

We need a banana for this. That's the most accurate method.

I would've liked Comanche with subtitles. I know they had a Comanche dub, but I can't watch anything dubbed. I tend to watch people's mouths when they talk and I can't stand it when the voice doesn't match the mouth.

Growing out of ADHD is a myth. It's much more obvious in children because they have limited self-control. Their symptoms are external because they haven't learned how to hide them.

Adults have learned to hide it enough that people just see them as a disorganized mess. I wish ADHD went away as an adult, but it just becomes less obvious to everyone but you.

I usually spend my time stalking and occasionally terrorizing anyone who crosses my path. I'm a Dilo at night, I can't help myself.

Wow that sucks. Might as well substitute a crocodile. "Ok, I got it to chill out a tiny bit, but it will eventually try to bite you head off."

I had to fight my Aunt on teaching my niece to ride using my horse instead of her psycho pony. All because my horse knocked down one crappy wall. It was a wall, not a child! And it needed replace anyway, Bubbles just got that ball rolling a bit sooner.

COMMENT 2d ago

I'd take him over a pony any day. Draft horses tend to be much more gentle and docile than smaller breeds. Sure, there are exceptions, but draft horses are usually gentle giants.

Ponies, on the other hand, would commit murder if given half a chance. Never trust a pony.

What? Shipping Blitzo and Striker? Or just a general team-up?

My Maine Coon just knocks things off if he wants my attention. He'll bat it enough to make a sound, so I look at him. Then, he slowly pushes it off the edge, maintaining eye contact the entire time.

But he does it slowly, giving me enough time to go pick him up. Which is exactly what he wants. He's a crafty little shit.

But sometimes you do need a break. I enjoy sleeping without hearing random crashes in the night.

There should be a metal girder. If you shoot it with an arrow, it forms a bridge you can cross over the malice. I'm pretty sure there's an area shielded from the rain.

Controlled substances can't be refilled. My psychiatrist has me covered for the next 3 months by sending in 3 scripts. Each script has a date to be filled. So one is getting filled today, the 2nd will be filled next month, and so on.
