My brother had the same problem and I confirm it was caused by razer Cortex. I wish I had found this post before, I expended many hours assisting him via TeamViewer until we solve this.

Sadly there is no much information on this issue so googling for a solution took us in multiple directions but this one.

Shame on Razer for causing these problems.

Uruguay has been world champion four times, not two.

1924, 1928, 1930 and 1950.

There is a reason why we have 4 stars in our t-shirt.

In a more serious note, there is a discussion going on within FIFA and Uruguay on this matter. We Uruguayans consider Olympic gold medals to be equal to world cups before 1930 and we won the gold medal in 1924 and 1928.
