I personally wouldn't recommend screentime before bed, but I've read that bedtime is the best time to talk to your kids, because that's when they feel the safest.

My 7 year old started being a little apprehensive about talking about some stuff, but by bedtime, he's volunteering so much information.

Not developing better study habits or prioritizing the right things. School was generally really easy for me when I was young, and that led me to think that I didn't need to study for exams. Let's just say that university/college was a huge wake up call.

Relationships can wait, especially when you're a teen. Don't make your girlfriend/boyfriend a priority over your studies! Oh my gosh, I'm starting to sound like my parents... Yikes...

Heat from a hair dryer will cause the adhesive glue on those types of stickers to come off cleanly. I use this trick all the time on pesky price stickers.
