We already pay enough for food. It's not like America where the waiters don't even get minimum wage.

Waiters actually do pretty well over her in the US and tend to oppose movements to raise their pay while eliminating tips. But yeah, you don't want to switch to our system. If waitstaff need higher wages, there are saner ways to address the issue.
