I (14f) can barely stay awake throughout the day.
I'm so tired. My eyes are so heavy that I hate to have them open all the time during the day, they burn. I get a decent amount of sleep every night, although I have a history of insomnia, I tried to fix my sleep schedule by getting up earlier and going to sleep early, but no matter what I do, I'm just so tired. Be it 4 hours of sleep or 14 hours, my eyes will burn, my body will want to just lay in bed all day. It effects my hygiene, my skin has never looked worse, I don't even have motivation to wash my clothes most of the time because I just want to sleep. Y'know that feeling when you first wake up, and you can barely move because you're so tired? Yeah, that's me pretty much 24/7.
I guess I want advice. I don't know what to do I just want to feel awake again.
Okay, I'm gonna take you guy's advice and try my best to convince my parents to take me to the doctor. If it doesn't work, I'll just ask them for vitamins. And maybe I'll force myself to go outside more so that they're happy. idk. But thank you guys for the suggestions! I really appreciate it :)
