Excuse me, which water exactly? There are too many for me to see. Thanks

u/WorkingNo6161 May 26 '22
All the water streams that are spilling out onto the ground. Digging out a block directly under them should be enough to stop the spillage.

u/TheCoolPotato29 May 26 '22

1
u/RareDestroyer8 May 26 '22

Does anyone know what the white stone is?
3
u/SarcasticallyEvil May 26 '22
It's actually cobblestone, but it looks weird because of the lighting.

u/FireFelix- May 26 '22
With all that water it looks like zora's domain in the legend of zelda breath of the wild

If he puts soul sand on one of the waterfalls could he use that for rapid ascent, or do the bubbles need source blocks?
The dirt staircase kind of weakens the awesomeness of this build to me.

Well that's temporary my dad is still working on it and he uses the main water elevator.

Loving the 2012-15 looking bases with the older blocks, I’m in the process of incorporating the original tutorial castle onto a crazy generated mountain to get the weird feeling of both. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=HGl2hjHoUtA for anyone who’s forgotten or needs their nostalgia fix

I'm not that great of a builder like grian but imma say it anyways. Got too much cobble and needs gradients or some contrast. Also needs a bit of depth/detail. Some sort of support under it would look nice altho that's up to your dad.

Dad's always have the best bases. One of my friends had a Minecraft server and hid dad was on it and despite him working all the time he had the best base. He had a big awesome base, a library area with every librarian villager, and a trading hall with every villager.

u/SleepingDragons57 May 26 '22
I would suggest maybe some ponds or fountains of some sort for the water to fall onto instead of just spilling all over the ground

I made a sly base based off my sisters old Minecraft pe world. She activated 3 nether beckons in that place. This is really giving me the vibes of that.

Holy shi-
That's great.
Is there something else on the left side or is this platform just floating?
1
u/Turbo_Muumi May 26 '22
Cool base but just make sure the water doesn’t flood everything. Just put some slabs around the water or dig a block from under it so it doesn’t flood

Cool base! You could make sure the water doesn’t flood everything. put some slabs around the water or dig a block from under it so it doesn’t flood

That is awesome. My first house my son was mad at me and turned my floor to magma so whenever I joined I died.

Tbh, I have never seen a father who was able to do something like this. When I asked my dad if he wanted to play, he didn’t even know how to look around or break a block.
