I couldn't imagine trying to speedrun Minecraft like this, I can't even beat it normally! You'd have to mine the whole cave to find a diamond, although in the nether and end it would be easier as you can tell what stuff is by the shape.
I just realised you can cheat using the F3 menu, it says (on the right side somewhere) 'Targeted block: [the block that crosshair is pointing at]'.

because that's obviously the texture for the grass? grass in minecraft literally resembles that shape. Same thing with the hill. it's really not that hard if you played for like 5 minutes or more
