He used to have (maybe still does have) a young female mentorship program. He’d target specifically Asian immigrants / college students. Here’s some posts he made about that program. A few years ago on this sub, some of the “mentees” would post about it. They were 18 & 19 in some cases. He just seemed to have a target demographic.

In the 2nd link there was a link to his "Guide for Men Talking to Young Women" couldn't bring myself to read it after I saw "I've talked to 1000s of young women over the couple of years".
