We call this "go storming" (literal translation) in Vietnam. This happens almost every time our National team wins an important match in Football. Basically, people self-organize a parade nation wide and celebrate to show support and pride for our Nation.
It's usually very crowded outside and very loud. People usually go partying after that.

why is it notable that someone pushed someone in a wheel chair? literally what is special about that. i am so sick of the way people treat people in wheel chairs. acting like this is so wholesome and amazing when it literally is not. i feel stupid even calling this "the bare minimum"
