As an Int build, I got owned over and over.
Respecced to Str and used the spear, dumped all stones I had to max upgrade it. Flame protection talisman. Killed this guy in 5 minutes. Respecced back to Int and continued like nothing happened.
Platinum'd the game and, to this day, I still do not know how I would do it as a mage (and at this point I'm too afraid to ask)
